IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS 

Blessing the World Update - This week, please remember to be praying for one of our many field workers we support around the world.   Click on the "Read & Pray Now" button to get their updates.

Mandatory Usher Meeting - Two dates to choose from:

• Sunday, Sept 14
• Sunday, Sept 21

The meeting will be 30 minutes after church.  All Ushers, please make every effort to attend one of these very important meetings.  If you are unable, please let Herb Welter or Pastor Jack know as soon as possible.

New Volunteer Rotation -

Next Sunday (9/21) our volunteer board will be in the hallway.  We need volunteers for all of our ministries.  We ask for a six month commitment.  Please look at your calendar and consider which ministries and dates you will be able to volunteer.  The next schedule will be for November - April.  Thank you in advance for helping in making LCF a church that provides quality ministries to the whole family.

Rock Solid Kids -

Special thank you to Mayte for serving as the Rock Solid Kids ministry leader the past three years.  Your hard work made a difference in the kids that participated.  Valerie is the new ministry leader and we are grateful for her willingness to take this lead role.  Please be in prayer for Valerie as she begins this new position.

Life Groups -

If you haven’t joined a Life Group yet, there is still time.  Arrive at 9:00a.m. and join a group.  Don’t miss out on this opportunity to build relationships with those in our church family.

UPCOMING EVENTS

September 10, 2025

How Exciting!! Our 2025-26 season started last Wednesday.
 

Rock Solid Kids is our weekly, Wednesday night, kid's program that teaches kids the Bible and Godly character.  I am sure you are aware of how the school systems have been influenced greatly by those with a worldly agenda.  Rock Solid Kids is a ministry that will combat the worldly teaching the kids are getting in school. We teach kids how to build their lives upon God with age appropriate lessons, Scripture memory, worship time, crafts, games and positive role models. Kids get their own Bible, workbook and T-shirt.

The kids who attend Rock Solid will be led through the Bible on a three year plan.  Year one, is the first five books of the Bible.  Year two, is a study on the kings and the prophets.  Year three, goes through the New Testament.

Trail Life Campout!

• Adventurers and Navigators will begin the campout on Friday evening.
• Woodlands Trail boys will join in on Saturday for a full day of outdoor fun and activities.

Parents be sure you're reading your Trail Life emails to get all the details about the campout and to let us know if you and your son will be joining us.  Kindly RSVP.
