IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS 

A Reminder to our LCF Men - Your fellowship breakfast is this Saturday, May 10th, 8am.

Join us for a special Mother’s Day this Sunday, 9:30am.  Breakfast served for everyone, hosted by Trail Life.  There will be an encouraging, illustrated sermon you won’t want to miss.  Moms be sure to get your gift when leaving.  We are thankful for all the moms in LCF.  Come celebrate with us.

Crave - church meeting and prayer time -

The next Crave (May 19th) will be a church meeting and prayer time.  Pastor Jason will be sharing the vision and schedule of events for this summer.  There will be a time of prayer for one another and for the summer emphasis.  Please make every effort to attend this important evening.  Childcare will be provided.

Help us keep water bottles stocked.  Whenever you think about it, pick up a case of 16oz bottles at the store and bring with you to church.  We will store them in the kitchenette.  Thank you.

The parent meeting for All Star Kids is scheduled for Sunday, May 18th at 4:00p.m..  You will get a chance to meet the staff, receive a handbook and sign permission form.  If you have any questions contact Pastor Jason or Cheryl.  Camp begins on Tuesday, May 27th.

A Celebration of Life service will be held May 17th @ 1 p.m. at Lincoln Christian Fellowship for Richard Lockhorn father of Ryan and Erik Lockhorn and wife Ruth.  

New Volunteer Schedule -

It is time to sign-up for the new volunteer rotation.  The current rotation ends at the end of May.  Consider where you would be able to help in the church and sign-up on the whiteboard in the hallway.  The dates will be for June - October.  Every volunteer position is important and is a huge blessing.  The more volunteers we have the better it is for everyone.  The areas volunteers are needed are as follows:

• Cleaning
• Sunday snacks
• Nursery, 9am class time (2 people needed per Sunday)
• Nursery, 10:45 service time (2 people needed per Sunday)
• LCF Jr. pre-K to 1st grade (a lead teacher & helper per Sunday)
• LCF Jr. 2nd - 5th grade (a lead teacher & helper per Sunday)
• Ushering (2 per Sunday)
• Media (Words for worship & sermon Scripture)
• Sound system

We’re excited to announce our first official Trail Life Campout! This overnight event is designed especially for our Navigators and Adventurers (middle and high school Trailmen) as they begin building their advanced outdoor skills.

The Woodlands Trail (elementary-age boys) will join the fun on Saturday morning at 9:00 AM to begin their own outdoor adventure experience.
